I have been using Chris from Aquamaster Water Treatment for several years and after just having him back to my house to service my water softener and reverse osmosis pure drinking water systems earlier this week I have to comment on yet another ist class service and thought I would put it in writing which may help others who need help and adviceHe is always polite clean and courteous gets the job done efficiently and does not try to “rip you off” by overcharging or telling you that Thera are other issues that need to be charged for ( unlike some companies)Would definitely recommend him to anyone either thinking of installing water treatment products or repairs and serviceThanks again

Chris really saved us. We have a Swedish made water purifier we bought in 2011 and gradually, all the suppliers in London and the southeast have stopped servicing these. We found Chris on the internet and called him few months ago. Although he doesn’t work in London, he was really helpful, asked a number of questions and tried to steer us in the right direction. After all other options dried up, our drinking water coming out at barely a trickle, and then Covid lockdown, we called Chris back to ask if he would be willing to do a video call to see if we could sort it out ourselves. He was, and after spending an hour with us patiently guiding us through all the steps to change our filters and top up the pressure, our water purifier is functioning as if it was brand new. We are so grateful to him, 10 times a day when we turn on our water tap. He knows his stuff, he’s kind and helpful and we couldn’t recommend him more highly.Suzanne - London

I had a serious problem with my household water softening and purifying system and I found my local (Bristol) installer of the devices to be particulary unhelpful. Indeed, I beieve they really did not even know their equipment or how to fit it. In frustration I called around and managed to find Chris at Aquamaster through Google. Not only did he work on my system but he gave fantastic (free!) advice and even corrected the fitment of some components that the installer had messed up..

In 2015 Chris from Aquamaster Water Treatment Ltd installed a Harvey's Dulflo block salt water softener in our house in Cambridge.Since then he has provided us with a top-class service and is extremely reliable. I would recommend Aquamaster without any hesitation.

I contacted them when I was unable to get service for my Rainsoft drinking water reverse osmosis system locally in Norwich. The response was very rapid and I received a visit in Norwich within the week. The system is now working better than it has done for years.
