I went in there looking for a harness for my dog Jasper, what lovely people! They helped me choose a harness and I ordered one. The following day I had a message that the harness was in, albeit not the colour we saw but a lovely blue. I was so pleased I went in the following day to buy a matching collar. Very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend them.

Whilst waiting for the bus home I saw this buisness owner screaming at a German shepherd who was obviously scared by the loud motorbikes! If you are trusting this women with your dogs be alert. She was happy o scream at a dog while enough people were around witnessing

Such lovely, friendly knowledgeable staff! My sisters dog was so matted and The Groom shed sorted out our Oscar's coat and gave us lots of advise so he wasn't in such a state next time. Hes a little Maltese terrier who loves dashing around especially in mud. Thank you all. We will see you again and certainly recommend!

I called in while on holiday in the area and was lucky enough to have an appointment for Bailey for the following day. I explained what I wanted and everything I said was listened to. When I collected Bailey after her haircut I was absolutely thrilled. She looked exactly like we'd discussed and the time taken with her wasn't reflected in the price: such a good value. I'll be back next year.

We took our two dogs here for nail trimming. One is very nervous and the other gets extremely upset when having his nails touched. The two ladies did an excellent job of both dog's nails, gentle, reassuring and persevering with one extremely wriggly large dog. We've definitely found our dog groomers - see you again soon!

I recently made an online order with The Norfolk Groomshed. One product was out of stock, so not only did they let me know and refund the item straight away, but they slipped some dog treats in the delivery too! Thanks!
