Been a customer of NCS for a number of years now, Engineers, accounts and our Account Manager have been great and always happy to help. Did have a problem with our new printer recently which was causing us issues however, our Accounts Manager did resolved this for us. Would certainly recommend.

We have dealt with NCS for a number of years now and we've always been extremely happy with the service. There aren't many companies these days where you can lift the phone or send a quick email and have any issues dealt with before the end of the day. Our account managers have always gone above and beyond to ensure that our services run smoothly, and the technicians and engineers are second to none. Always friendly, always helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They genuinely care about their customers.

We have dealt with NCS over many years - however I don't think we really appreciated how good they were to work with until Covid. We had a contact NCS who we could get hold of and speak to . This meant the transition from office working to home working - to hybrid working - was easy to deal with. At a time when small businesses are stressed enough this was a massive help.
