National Windscreens Romford

They came to replace the windscreen but broke the rain sensor. But later they replaced and didn't use the original from Mercedes so now all windows and viper not working properly. Poor service.

I'm happy to say this company stands out to their promise and guarantee yes it will take time as I had to get 2 windscreens put in as the first one wasn't compatible with the adas calibration but the guys over there worked it out until the problem was solved I'm happy with the end result and would recommend others here, the downside to it though is after taking the car I did do a all round check and realized care and cleanliness wasn't taken into consideration there was black glue residue on the top of the bonnet closer to the windscreen it was already dried up luckily it was removable and did not stick permanently also within the car there was dirt and black marks across the silver interior trim but that also was removable end result the staff was helpful friendly willing to go out to solve the issue and the office staff was polite

They have a small waiting area with access to a table and a chair. You could work on site if you needed to, plugs close. They have a fridge with some water, that's it! Apparently they have a cafe round the corner, not checked. It's functional they do what they say Windscreen and vehicle glass.Didn't feel especially welcome, boss man constantly on the phone apologising to customers as the delivery never had your screen in the truck"It wouldn't have been my choice (insurance company) process took 2 hrs. The HUD doesn't seem to be clear

Touch my car when I told them not to and waiting weeks for them to sort out a window that they then said was broken in transit so can't give me the correct glass. But weather that was true or not I don't know because about 2 weeks ago I saw one of there technician fixing a windowscreen of a neighbours car and my window which was not the tinted one and the wrong trim that feel of because they touch my car. So it's taken around 2 months to tell me today on the 12.12.22 that they was going to repair. Well no thanks

Very friendly service provided by Tony. Turned up to check an issue with the base of the windscreen and happily took a look/helped fix and gave us some great advice. Thank you!

I have used this company because my insurance recommended then. THEY ARE THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN THEY HAVE TAKE MY WIPER OFF AND PUT THE WINDOW AND DID NOT PUT THE WIPER BACK LEAVING ME WITH IT. I HAVE BROKEN PICES OF WIDOWS LEFT IN MY CAR. THE WINDOW IS NOT PUT PROPERLY ONE SILE HAVE 1CM GAP AND ON THE OTHER SIDE 1MM. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! AVOID IF YOU CAN!

Booked online, came out said they can't fill my little cracked line, booked me in, sent email saying will call me on the day with an appointment time. Specifically told them I need it before my mot so it doesn't show in my mot. Called me on the day at 3pm to ask if I'm still bringing my car, kmt waited all day so had to pay another local windscreen place 400 pounds to sort it. Dissapointing and time wasting. Don't bother.

Wow!! What a fantastic service from start to finish.Tony was extremely friendly and helpful and provided a first class service, he explained everything to me even when I was unsure on particular areas which put my mind at ease.All staff were very helpful and didn't make me wait to long whilst sorting out the issue on my car, they did a fantastic job.I would definitely recommend this branch and wished I could give more than 5 stars.Thank you to all staff.Mrs Brock

Very good experience. I arrived at the appointment as advised. Was seen to straight away and advised there would a potential 3hr wait( with explanation).Waiting area is basic but comfortable. Was offered tea/coffee while waiting. WiFi is also available.Job(windscreen replacement) was successfully completed within advised timescale.Was told that some glass was vacuumed from car interior as part of the activity, and that they would be happy to come out to me if any residuary was left.Staff were friendly and attentive.
