Practising aikido with Isshinkai has helped me become fitter, more confident, and more present in daily life. By learning how to deal with conflict and pressure in a relaxed and calm way on the mat, I've also found its helped me out off the mat in work and in my relationships in every day life.

I’m with Isshinkai over two years. My life experience and background makes my world wobbling. Simple stress situations drives me crazy and often makes me furious. I had a problem with self confidence. Since I enjoyed Isshinkai my world starts changing slowly, slowly. Aikido it’s my destination. I stopped fighting with myself because of relaxation techniques and practicing with Isshinkai. Now I’m 1 Dan and hope soon will be graduating for 2nd.
