Used post office service twice with same male server that has no manners at all. Used out of convenience (hence one star), but refuse to purchase anything else as other local stores much more polite.

No consistency with cash machine, its only usable when it suits the staff. So you end up waiting for post office to get cash for ages. Prices have gone through the roof some increasing by 50%, avoid at all costs. No manners what's so ever not capable of an apology!!

Rude staff, act like everything a hassle. When cashing in a fuel voucher you'd think it was being given out if his own pocket. Not he first time I've had a negative experience in this shop hence the review. I'm nipped that I can't use the closest shop to me because every time I go in I leave wishing I hadn't. Give my business to the newsagent diagonally across now, it's like night and day. Always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Treated as you should be, with decency, respect and gratitude.Manners cost nothing PREMIER!!

Not the most welcoming staff. Look at newcomers to the store like aliens . No smile, bye or thankyou, sort of felt like I was inconveniencing them by making a purchase . Very dated and shabby inside, but very large and has everything you need should the local supermarkets be closed . Double the price though, for inferior brands .If the staff perked up and looked interested in their customers I’d return. My son has had a similarExperience , but worse (I guess they don’t like teenagers, even polite ones). So he now goes to the newsagents across the road .

Bob and Carol are so helpful. They can't do enough to assist you. It's a real pleasure to shop here both in the shop and the post office x

Very rude staff, especially one male who has no manners. Makes nasty face expressions when he thinks you’re not looking at him.Disgusting service. Avoid.

New management staff is brilliant make you feel like you are in holiday good availability, full stocked up heard they brings my Asian grocery, polish food and Afro food under this roof very good customer service experience thanks again for service

Horrible nasty rude man on till! Absolutely no manners, even 1 star is too many, will not be used again, do yourself a favour and go elsewhereEven worse to see reviews saying he'd not like that, means he turns it in when it suits, and to trestva disabled pensioner like dirt is disgusting behaviour!!!!
