What a fantastic company, great communication, very professional, were able to fit us a new boiler at short notice on a Saturday, after having no hot water for a week. After a gas leak and a week of no heating and hot water at the coldest time of the year, Chris came to our rescue and fixed the issue within an hour of arriving. Can’t fault the service from Chris and Becky. Kept us informed throughout the process and were friendly and professional. I like to learn and ask questions, and Chris was great at explaining what he was doing and why. I would definitely recommend Expert Heat and will definitely be using their services in the future ⭐️

I contacted expert heat to have the gas safety cert completed for my rental property . The quote was good, the booking process was very easy and speaking with my tenant, she commented on how polite , smartly dressed and professional Chris was . He turned up on time , was polite and completed the works without her feeling at any point uneasy about having himIn the house . The boiler is upstairs and every care was taken with all of the items around it.Highly recommend expert heat and will be booking them for any further works needed and or course next years inspectionKeep up the good work

Chris was great throughout the whole process.He was very informative at the quoting stage i felt like i knew exactly what i would be getting from Expert Heat by the time he had left..... and the quote arrived the next day.Even though i took some time to make a decision, Becky was quick to react and i had a date for install shortly after i had accepted the quote.Chris arrived on the installation day slightly early and raring to go he kept me fully informed throughout the process including an in depth run through on my new boiler and thermostat's attributes before he left.In my opinion Expert Heat were great.Well done Guys.
