We used Pete to fit a new boiler and remove the old tank/cylinder and place a new one in the loft.We felt he listened to us in the quote process and discussed the options which we found very helpful. The work was done to a high standard and to the timescale discussed.We would gladly recommend Pete to anyone, and we will use Pete for any future plumbing work.

Both very professional. Initially said the job of replacing and moving my boiler to the loft from the kitchen would take 2 maybe 3 days however it was done in just under 2 days. Removed all the old water tanks and were very professional and tidy and did not stop working from the moment they started till the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

Required a boiler service and spent a while looking for a company with good reviews. Found Pete (P.H.Butler) and couldn’t be happier! Found a couple of fairly major issues with the boiler that other engineers seem to have ignored. Pete explained the issue with me and showed me the faults before completing any additional work.I then highlighted the terribly low water pressure in our shower and Pete explained through possible options explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each. In the end, we got P.H.Butler to change the water cylinder to a larger unvented unit.Very fair pricing with zero complaints - thoroughly recommended!

I’d highly recommend both Pete and Chris, for any central heating related work.They’re professional, honest, hard working, do really top quality work and are all round nice guys!We had an old boiler unexpectedly die, and Pete provided us with a couple of different options and moved things around to help us get a new boiler in place quickly. They’ll always be the first people we’d call!
