Very good and professional. Sid couldn't do enough to help and my battery was value for money.

I needed a new car battery as mine kept going flat. We called Sid In the morning and my new battery was ordered and fitted all In the same day. Very helpful and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Old faulty battery replaced with competitively priced one of the same make and spec. as original, all necessary checks made and a full diagnostic test carried out, unlike main Ford dealership I was able to see firsthand the fitting with a full explanation of the work involved, being able to speak directly to the technician is more practical than speaking through a third party. I was very impressed with the quality of service, and as a result I booked the car in for a full service with top quality oil and service consumables at a price which was almost half that of the main dealership. The battery which is a Varta stop start type came in at almost half the main dealership price. So the bottom line is, for quality and personal service I will continue to use this company in the future.

We could not move our car off the drive as the battery was flat so, based on the excellent reviews for this company, I rang and spoke to the owner. He was so helpful and came out to us within the hour. With his pack, he started our car so that we could get it to his garage. We were able to collect it the next afternoon and were given a full explanation in relation to the fitting. Excellent service, I can highly recommend this Company and have already passed the details on to family members. Definitely worth supporting a small business.

Amazing customer service! Very approachable and did not put pressure on to purchase goods or services. I needed a battery fitting the same day and was unable to get my car to a garage. Sid went out of his way to help me and sorted things out without any issues. Very good pricing and will definitely use in the future for other services. I cannot recommend Sid and this business enough, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Highly recommended you not get better service anywhere else. Sid is a great guy, who will go out of his way to make sure you're happy with the work. Very hard to find contentious people like him around.
