I cannot express our delight at the service we received from Lynn. Her guidance, care and empathy was above and beyond. The headstone was in place in record time and the care that was obviously taken to site it was very much appreciated. I went to see the headstone this evening and it is beautiful. We had been badly let down by a Heritage Stone and kept waiting, with very rare and reluctant contact, for nine months, when we decided to try a different firm. And what a difference! The staff at Mackie Memorials were kind, professional and efficient. Our beloved Ray's stone was completed and installed in just 5 days!Just so grateful.Superb.

This the third time I have used this company. It is totally outstanding in everyway from Lynne taking the order to Thomas and Alan performing their magic. Can't thank you all enough for everything.Amazing yet again this company amended an error for me that was not their fault yet professional in every way. Thanks Lynne, Thomas and Thomas' Dad for being involved, such an amazing birthday present for me to have the headstone back on today looking fabulous x

I’d like to say a huge ‘Thank you’ to Lynn for all the help and advice she gave me recently. She kept me updated throughout the process of getting our memorial plaque replaced and she also arranged for the stone to be cleaned as well.
