Heatdial installed central heating and a new water main at our home in 2022. They were absolutely fantastic throughout the process from planning through to final execution. Abed has always been available to answer questions and give advice which has been really valuable when navigating our first renovation. Heatdial solved some tricky installation issues while consistently keeping us informed before proceeding. Can't recommend Heatdial enough, we will definitely be joining their service plan and will use them for any further gas/heating work we need in the future.

Abed arrived when he said he would and texted in advance to let me know he was coming. The diagnosis was quick and professional and a new boiler was fitted on the day he said it would be. An excellent job was done by Abed and Adam and the heating system thoroughly tested before sign-off. The workmanship was excellent and they were neat and tidy as well.I can't fault them and would recommend them without hesitation.

Abed first identified an intermittent problem with our heating system that no other gas engineer had managed previously. Once fixed we had no hesitation in using the services of Heatdial again. Abed and Adam are great - knowledgeable, professional, tidy and friendly. First class service, 100% recommended.

Abed came to fit a new boiler for us. From start to finish he was professional and friendly and did an outstanding job. I can’t fault anything at all. Communication was A* and everything was just perfect. I can’t recommend him enough and will definitely use him in the future for all our gas needs. He was with us all day until late and came back early the next day to finish off. Amazing. Very happy with our warm house and hot water again

Abed and Adam are both terrific! They fitted us a new boiler as our old one had come to the end of its life. Communication is excellent; always responded quickly to any questions I had. Precise and clean job! I would highly recommend their services!

Many times throughout life we have the essential need to call out a boiler gas engineer.The most impressive service ive ever encountered was by Heatdial Ltd. Contact was made regarding my problem.Within 5 minutes I was called back. And by midday 14 hrs later the problem was solved.Boiler running perfectly by a very respectful, well mannered engineer .Thank you Heatdial .
