Met Lesley for a routine upper body sports massage. Very good understanding of posture and problems related to that (thanks for the tip/observations). Very active during massage, nice conversation. Felt extremely tired through the day which was a sign of the pressure being released from the different pressure points. When I woke up the next day, I was feeling good and completely fresh. Will definitely go back for another massage and will recommend Lesley to others, friends and colleagues.

I had been suffering with a reoccurring shoulder, neck, lower back problem, which would leave me in pain and sometimes not able to move freely. However, after seeing Lesley, even after just one session the pain eased and I was able to move my shoulder and neck. I took a course of sessions over a period of time and haven’t looked back, Lesley was also able to show me exercises on how I could improve and relive tension in my neck/back in order to help prevent any reoccurrence. I would highly recommend Lesley, she is a life saver.
