Be aware!!! Some dodgy dealings are at play here with the sewage removal drivers!!!!I prepaid with the office for 4000 gallons to be removed and after making two trips to do this, I was told by the drivers/technicians on the 2nd trip that I had reached the 4000 gallons and if I required it all to be fully removed then I would need to call the office to get a price to have it completely drained, as there was more than 4000 gallons in my tank. My response to this was, that I wasn’t concerned with a small bit being left in there so I didn’t want the rest to be drained!As far as I was aware this was the end of it as the drivers left after draining the 4000 I had already paid for! However I am now being chased by the accounts department at MTS requesting more money as they are telling me the drivers took the extra waste! I did not authorise this or request it! I wasn’t even given a price for the extra as I didn’t want it!In my opinion the drivers have not even taken 4000 gallons as my neighbour fitted the tank and he said none should have been left in the bottom as it was a 4000 gallon tank!! It seems to me they have tried to pull a fast one, they have obviously gone and done a back hander job on the way home from mine and are now trying to tell the office that I had the extra, as they have been caught out!! It seems fishy as the invoice for this has two separate dates on it and is also I’m being chased up months down the line!This is disgusting behaviour and in fact it is fraud! I am really angry and upset about this, it has made me unable to trust any tradesmen, as it seems everyone is out to lie and line their own pockets!I wish I had listened to my neighbour and used moody as they seem to be more professional.

Really disappointed with recent experience of this company. When we dealt with them via neighbours as we had one drainage system between us (long standing customers of theirs) issues were resolved at a reasonable price. Our last call out them once we had an independent system cost in the region of £364 for a call out engineer to put his foot on the wheel and tell us the motor was jammed. We were offered some of that back in rebate against supply and install of a new motor, which we were still quoted around a further £500 to supply and fit. The motor was £275 to buy ourselves and the job took 30 mins to fit . We understand there is a call out charge but in this case believe we have paid a ridiculous amount and refused to pay anymore to a company that treated us like this.

Brilliant service from Warren yesterday, our septic tank had not been emptied fully previously and this was a second call out this year. I've never had a service given like Warren did yesterday, nothing was too much and he really did a brilliant job! He emptied fully, washed it clean inside and did not leave until the job was done. I was so impressed and appreciative that he worked so hard. Thank you so much and will not forget your name now, when i call for my next empty :)
