Spoke to a gentleman called Sam, who was really lovely to deal with, so friendly and helpful! Sam went out of his way to help me place an urgent order for heating oil and I am very grateful. We have used Rawlings for just over a year and cannot fault them. Will not use anyone else. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service. I have bought oil from another distributor for 15 years but was let down with an order placed a month before Christmas- I couldn't even get through to discuss it with them on the phone, emails not replied to. I tried Rawlings and their customer service was brilliant- straight through, reassuring and helpful. I called in the afternoon of 21/12 and oil was delivered hassle free on the morning of 22/12 - 3 days before Christmas. I will be ordering from Rawlings from now on. Brilliant.

Have had consistently good service from Rawlings over many years. Recently made the mistake of ordering from an apparently ‘cheaper’ supplier who promised much but literally failed to deliver, leaving me with an empty tank. Rawlings came to the rescue with a timely emergency delivery. Competitive pricing, friendly, helpful and - importantly - reliable.

I was so pleased with the Rawlings experience and highly recommend them. Really friendly and helpful on the phone, they happily agreed to a smaller tank to accommodate my narrow gateway. Rob, todays delivery driver, was great and I felt very comfortable with him at my house. Their price was considerably cheaper than a well known national supplier and extremely competitive with 2 group style ordering systems but with the added benefit of a personal service plus a delivery 2 days after placing the order. I will definitely be using them again.

Dear Rawlings team,Upon contact with Zoe, I received an immediate quotation for a supply of Domestic Heating Oil. I advised that the delivery could be problematic due to surrounding building work and limited access. She kindly agreed to a fixed date and provision of a suitably sized delivery tanker. Today, as asked, Rob, the driver, rang me just before arrival to ensure free access. He was accommodating, and the job was done within a few minutes. Nowadays, it seems rare to receive such excellent service from start to finish, and Rob assured me they have a great team that strives for customer satisfaction. This was undoubtedly the case. I have used Rawlings before and found them to be competitive on price and very friendly and helpful. Yesterday, they went above and beyond when we ran out of fuel due to a faulty gauge on the tank. With snow on the way I was very anxious but they delivered on the same day! I don't think anyone else would have pulled put all the stops like that. I can highly recommend Rawlings.

I have used Rawlings for over 20 years. They always try to give me the best price on the day and deliver within a few days. They are a great company to deal with. I always try to support our local businesses as they are having tough times at present. They also do boiler servicing if you need it.

Bit of a different review here.I was recently riding my horse down a quiet single track road at 8.15am back to my horse's stables when I heard a Rawlings Fuel tanker coming up behind us. He slowed right down and maintained a safe distance until I could pull in to a gateway to let him pass safely. However, as he drew alongside me, he explained that he would be delivering further up the road and so if we let him pass, he would block our way as he would take up the width of the road! He suggested I carry on and he would stay a safe distance behind so as to not spook the horse. I am sure I must have messed up his delivery schedule because I was so slow but he went out of his way to be considerate to me, as a vulnerable road user. He was kind and thoughtful and put my safety ahead of his schedule. Huge thanks to him - you made my day.
