I first knew of Anna when my husband bought a stunning ring for me and mentioned how helpful she was. I have since used Anna’s services on many occasions - I’ve had a ring resized, stones in a ring reset, my late Grandmother’s bracelet repaired and cleaned, a necklace repaired after a link broke and plenty of other jewellery cleaned. All work was done to a super standard, in a really good time and at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend Anna and fully trust her advice and guidance. She is now my first port of call for all jewellery related matters!

A newly found gem (pardon the pun) in the heart of Holywood. I left in an antique medal of great sentimental value to be adjusted so that I could wear on a gold Albert chain. Met Anna who immediately struck me as someone who knows her stuff. Reassured that the piece would be sorted in the local workshop and not posted away I was happy to leave it with her. Well, when it came back about a week later, it was beautifully repaired and polished to perfection. I will be taking all my antique pieces here in future. I trust her. I have also bought from Anna as well, I had plenty of time to sit and examine a piece I was interested in. No pressure or hard sell. She has some beautiful pieces. Well worth a look if you’re in Holywood.

My sister had an expensive sapphire and diamond ring with a crack in the shank. Anna examined the ring and noticed 2 other issues. She arranged for the repair, delivering and collecting the ring herself. The ring was repaired at less than one third of the cost quoted by a local jeweller. Anna was excellent throughout. She listened to what we wanted and carried out exactly what we requested. I would recommend Anna to anyone. We are delighted with the service that we received.
