Jain temple , very peaceful

Great place, it is a nice quiet derasar which doesnt see a lot of foot traffic during the day and even in the evening. There are two parking spaces located at the derasar but more often than not they are taken. Cars can be parked on side streets before and after the derasar.

Perfect place for Jain.The timing are not same as it is shown on maps.Please call them if you are planning to go.

Reducing the number of stars from 5 to 2 due to bad 'management committee'.The so-called 'Management Committee' has decided to operate the derasar at reduced hours i.e. 2 hours in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. And both timings DO NOT coincide with 'Working Professionals' during weekdays.In Pre-Covid times the derasar used to open much longer in mornings and evenings which was very convenient.Heights of hegemony of this 'Management Committee' are clearly visible in the notices they put up on the door as NOT TO CALL asking for time extension.Due to short opening times, there's significant rush and many worshippers tend to disturb peace and tranquillity of the temple by reciting hymns and chants at loud voice. Which makes it difficult for silent worshippers like us to concentrate due to the noise of loud chanting by other worshippers.

One of the most popular Jain temple in North London. Has limited parking. Open all day over the weekend but check timing for week days.

Very well placed easily accessible via public transport. Calm surroundings. Good facilities available within the temple. The temple has an inbuilt wash area with a place where you can also rest for sometime in case you want to. It does house a small kitchen area which can be made useful if required.
