Laurence Leonard Physiotherapy

I suffered from a tendon issue in my ankle and right away Laurence knew what to do to get me back playing football. During our consultation Laurence told me recommended recovery time is 9-12 weeks however It can be a lot longer. After roughly 8 weeks of physio I played a full game, during that game my ankle was stood on and was involved in two pretty heavy tackles that resulted in minor bruising and swelling but the tendon prevailed. In previous weeks I would’ve had to come off injured and be sidelined for a few weeks but due to the plan and structure Laurence put in place for me I’m back to playing at me full capacity. If you are on the fence about going to see Laurence I would highly recommend going no matter how big or small the issue.

Had a few appointments with Laurence following a few sporting issues and niggles. The support and standard of a care I received was second to none. Through having various injuries in years gone by through sport, the level of knowledge surrounding these injuries and niggles provided by Laurence to me was amazing. A word for the after care, Laurence as helped me stay on top of rehab programmes and structures that he was able to provide by keeping in touch long after appointments and has always been very welcoming to further questions I may have regarding other injuries or pains.Great service provided by a Great fella. Couldn’t recommend Laurence enough to entrust with getting on the right track again.

Laurence is professional, personable and wholly knowledgeable. He really takes the time to get to know you & your injury/issue, to understand it and adapt his approach to fit your needs. Nothing is too much to ask and I wouldn’t go to or recommend anybody else!
