Such a great way to do business, quick turnaround, friendly knowledgeable. A thorough investigation done as other companies just assumed rats but it turned out to be birds, to our great relief. Can’t recommend this company enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed. Nice to have a women doing this work too, such a lovely lady.

Excellent service from Elizabeth and Peter following an emergency phone call to deal with a wasp nest near the eaves. Elizabeth attended and dealt with the pesky creatures promptly, they are no longer there as the treatment worked, thank you so much for your professional help.

Could not fault the service we received from Elizabeth and Peter. They went above and beyond to resolve an ongoing issue with rats that a previous company was not able to. Elzabe came to destroy a wasp nest close to the ground.She was lovely and did a very good job - no evidence of any bees after 4 days. Would definitely recommend as 2/3 cost of other quotes.

We had beatles in our lounge and sent pictures which they looked at , concluded that they were biscuit or tobacco beatles which came from the dogs cupboard where dogs treats had gone off.All done over the phone and WhatsApp free of charge!! Very impressed! Thank you.

We called Pests, Birds and Bugs on Wednesday afternoon having discovered a wasps nest in the wall at the back of our house. Peter came round on Thursday at about 3 pm and was finished about half an hour later. There are no traces of any wasps now. I .can thoroughly recommend this company, they are very efficient and reasonably priced.

Elizabeth and Peter both responded to my request very quickly and did the job of possibly removing a wasps nest from our garden. Luckily it wasn't a nest, but they quickly did what was required and let me know promptly. Thank you both for a job well done and I hope to meet you one day. I would happily recommend them to anyone. Elizabeth was fantastic! We had rats in the loft and I wanted to try to get rid of them naturally before resorting to extermination.Elizabeth was so understanding, professional and knowledgeable. We took every effort to get them out naturally and prevent their re-entry but ultimately we had to resort to poison. The rats, after being there for 9+ months were gone in 3-4 days.Very efficient service. Highly recommended. Thanks for being so understanding and open to testing alternative methods Elizabeth!

Only found this company by searching the website but glad I did. Great service removing the bees nest from the soffit swiftly. Would definitely use this company again if the need arises and would recommend to others in a similar predicament
