The service I got from BlueBox was excellent apart from the initial misunderstanding with regard to being able to select a router password of one’s own choice.The after sales personnel handles the problem I had with diligence and were extremely eresponsive.Louis

We have been with Bluebox Broadband for approximately 14 years and like any business there will be ups and downs but we started off on the basic package and then moved up to the next package which more suited or needs and was the best move, I have heard all the negativity as well and read online in reviews,, but I can't complain but one thing I must say is that when I have had a problem or need of an engineer,,Liam Kelly is the man and he doesn't just say he will sort it out he does and will keep in contact until issues are resolvedThanks Liam

Excellent customer service and the engineer they sent called Mark was amazing. Big upgrade on the old internet speeds that we had. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT GO NEAR THESE!!Following an hour wait for someone to answer the phone i hung up! An hour, waiting on these people to fix a wifi that should be working.These people are a complete JOKE! Take your money and don’t provide the internet.All weekend with no wifi and having to call 4 times in one day because the wifi isn't working. Each time i called it would go on for about 10 minuted until i called at 6:45 (they close at 7) I waited an hour which midway i heard rustling on the other side and the echo if my own background. What is this a joke? Why am i hearing myself on the other end? These people cant fix the internet they are providing.I asked what i should do if the internet goes off again in the next few hours and the guy couldn't even answer me. He just told me that it’s a fault on their end.These people are a waste!

Update on my previous one star review. I was emailing to an old email address. Once contacted by phone these guys have pulled out all the stops and sorted my speed out. now getting between 25 to 35 mbs. Nothing is too much trouble. recommend 100%

We have been with Bluebox for almost 10 years now. Best value for money service around. Yes there were odd problems along the way but thats just part and parcel of any business or service but the main thing is that a call to customer service always got it sorted. Have recently moved up to the NextGen 100 package and so far so good. Very stable connection and great speeds. Big shout out to Liam Kelly in customer service. Liam wont stop till ur problem is solved. A gentleman and a broadband genius. All in all very happy with Bluebox. Wod reccomend to anyone.

I was a customer for many years. The strength of the signal dropped dramatically a couple of years ago, perhaps due to the number of customers using the service. I was often obliged to turn off my wifi at home and just use my phone network due to the dreadful wifi. The technicians came out to check my signal but it still remained very poor. At times it has been very hard to get an answer when you ring them, but this seems to have improved of late. I cancelled the account recently and got set up with a competitor which is a relief, great to finally have a reasonable signal.

Terrible service. Very slow speeds when it's working. Will claim to be working on the problem, but never seem to find a solution that lasts more than a couple of days. The only thing consistent about their broadband is how bad they are.Update -: despite assurances from engineer Liam, the fix" lasted 2 weeks. He was more concerned with getting my review taken down.If you need to work from home or have a child that attends classes online DO NOT USE BLUEBOX
