I bought a waterproof jacket here and within 6 weeks a fastener failed. When I returned the jacket to the shop the shop assistant said that she was not able to act and that I should leave the jacket and my receipt with her! I declined her offer and insisted that she call the owners. The assistant said that I was demanding. The owners were called and, as they did not have a replacement jacket, I received a full refund. Clearly, the owners do not empower or train their staff. They also do not care that Google lists their business as Permanently Closed! They are not interested in informing customers or potential customers. Lacklustre in many respects.
