Forrester Hypnotherapy
When I first met Gill, she spent a long time discussing what I wanted to achieve from the sessions. She then fully explained Hynotherapy and how it might help me. Gill has a very easy manner and you find yourself totally relaxed and at ease during the session. I had issues with sleeping and the audio recording that she made for me worked wonders (I still use it from time to time). I would highly recommend Gill to anyone.
