I don’t know anyone who puts in as much work inside and outside the gym and the results show. I 100% recommend training with Ross !

I’ve worked with a few PTs over the years, but I’ve never found one as good as Ross. We’ve been working together for almost 6 months (a record for me!) and I can’t believe the difference in my strength and shape, and I’m the lightest I’ve been for a good few years. He is a brilliant PT. He’s hugely knowledgeable so can easily adapt your sessions to what you want to achieve and he’s very supportive in helping you reach your goals. He also gets the right balance between giving you a really good work out but progressing at the right pace for you. I plan to be working with him for many years to come!

I wouldn’t have the results, confidence or knowdge I have now if it wasn’t for Ross. He has such a simple approach yet it’s obvious how much he works on improving his knowledge outside the gym. Highly recommend!
