Aspire Lounge Head Office
We were in this lounge on the afternoon of 9th September at Manchester Terminal 1.The temperature in the lounge was ridiculously hot due to the air conditioning not working.There were also unacceptable queues at the bar, and the snack bar was poorly stocked. I have since been compensated with a partial refund which was quickly and easily applied.

Sarah was a very helpful member of your team. She was unable to access previous details which I had sent and she promptly responded by asking for further information. She then forwarded my request for a booking in the Aspire Lounge to the Lounge manager and I am now waiting for confirmation of my booking from them.

Unfortunately the hit drinks machines were not working for the duration of our stay in the lounge, despite the maintenance team doing their best to rectify.We raised this matter with Aspire Lounges upon our return, as we are regular users of both Aspire and No I Lounges at different airports and know what to expect. Our issue was dealt with promptly and a refund issued. Excellent customer service, thank you.

Baked into Aspire Plus on 28th December for 6 people for my wife's 70th Birthday, Aspire had to cancel because of building work, Brian was great and managed to book us into Aspire Lounge
