Really reliable honest garage

I’d think twice about using this garage. After being a loyal customer (3 vehicles) to this garage for the last 6 years I learnt these people are not reputable. I booked in to have a clutch changed in one of my vehicles to find afterwards it was leaking a lot of oil. We asked them to fix it in time to get to a funeral (we gave them over 3 weeks to do this) and he refused to call and fix the problem time and time again. Leaving us with no vehicle to get up to mothers funeral. After I finally spoke to them, again I was promised Jeff would ring me back and again he didn’t. Absolutely refusing to fix the issue. They didn’t seal the van back up properly and are refusing to fix. I then found out days later that he had been laughing with his colleagues telling them he turned down my custom…. Which is funny, as he took my money just didn’t do the job properly! I now have to pay someone else to fix the shoddy work done. It won’t be long until you get my small claims court application notice. Good luck trying to get out of this one.

Dobles customer service and willingness to go above and beyond is excellent. They managed to squeeze us in for an urgent MOT as plans changed due to train strikes. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Reliable and friendly.

Had my car recovered by RAC as we kept getting low coolant warnings and there was coolant spraying everywhere. Phoned and described the problem and they said bring it in and we will take a look. Given that this was over the xmas break they said they would try and look at it as soon as possible. Next day I called up to see if they had been able to look at it and they said that the car would be ready that afternoon. These guys are brilliant. They are knowledgeable and get the job done and they are very reasonable cost wise. Thanks Dobles!
