When our venerable (23 years old) boiler was written off we contacted DMR and Dan soon came round and quickly suggested what replacement we needed, giving us all the gen. In a couple of days the quote arrived, which we accepted. A week later Charlie and Nathan came to install the new boiler, including a new section of gas pipe outside. They were friendly and efficient and we felt confident to leave them while we went out for a couple of hours. The job was carried out efficiently, with no mess at all. Charlie went through the mysteries of the control gadget for us.We can highly recommend the company.

DMR fitted a new combi boiler and radiator thermostats. The team arrived on time, were friendly and completed a great professional job. Once complete everything was left clean and tidy. I was so impressed I have booked DMR again to replace radiators and would recommend as a great company for all your your plumbing and heating needs.

Highly recommended.Update October 2023: DMR have continued to do all of our gas work and just completed a new boiler install at our Mum's house. The work was done on time and in budget - sadly, there was one thing they forgot to do, but they came back and corrected this without keeping us waiting. Still highly recommended!

The company has very good customer contact. Engineers are helpful and efficient and you receive a record of work done.I have used the company twice recently and been very impressed with all aspects.

Absolutely fantastic work! I had what turned out to be a complex problem combining electrical and underfloor heating problems. All staff from Rosie in the office to Richard the engineer were fantastic. They came out exactly as arranged, kept me informed and did a great job. Would thoroughly recommend.
