Absolutely brilliant, had a fault after installation no problems from staff, arranged a time to call and sent a text to confirm that they were on the way. 2 engineers called both extremely professional very customer focused all without any need to rush. The after service is outstanding, I would highly recommend Crosby Intruder Alarms .

Recently had an upgrade on my home alarm, taking out old and installing new. Excellent service from the sales representative to the 2 installation lads, very polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Fully tested alarm upon completion and would not leave until I was completely happy with the run-through. Highly recommended.
