We have worked with PA Pro for a number of years initially throughout the CV19 lockdowns. The benefits of using PA Pro are that we are no longer reliant on the office having to be manned to cover incoming calls and that we can investigate any potential problems prior to getting back to our clients rather than being caught on the hop" when answering the phone to incoming calls. This invariably works as when we are calling them back it is more often than not with a solution to their problem."
