Complete scam. I went there a few times and spend at least hundreds of pounds. She treated me while looking up solutions in book. Also she burned my skin while doing acupuncture and left a big scar on my back. My symptoms were obviously beyond her capability but she did not inform me and treated me anyways. Same happened to my friend. This is not a real professional Chinese clinic, just some clinic with entry-level knowledge of Chinese medicine.I can’t reply to their reply so I’ll just add my response here. I went there two years ago with my friend. We both have payment history as proof. However, I’m not posting proof of payment or picture of my scar because I don’t want to expose my identity. The scar is still on my back after two years, even bigger than my surgery scar. During my treatment with the lady, she was very unsure of how to treat my symptoms, yet still decided to perform experimentally. My symptoms are not rare, it’s the commonly-seen lumbar disc protrusion. I’m only writing this review to express my own experience as reference for people who want to go in the future.

I contacted Dr Yuan after contracting COVID. I was ill with a high fever and extreme headache, and cough. She was really helpful and took all my symptoms, and made a herbal mixture specific to my needs.After just a day, my fever disappeared, and I started to feel better. I have seen Dr Huo for over 10 years now for back/shoulder and neck pain. He has been brilliant and professional every time. His massage, acupuncture and suction cup techniques are first class. I initially came to Dr Huo few years ago for weight loss and his treatment made a big difference. Over the years I saw Dr Huo for various issues including stomack upsets, pain, varicose veins, cold etc. Dr Huo is a natural healer, he can diagnose the route cause of the problem and address it. My first visit was 4/8/2022 Dr. Yuan took her time and asked question to get a clear idea of what my issuses were. I had back surgery in 1999 for a protruding disc, did not have any further issuses until October 2020 so for the past 22 months I have been dealing with back spasms and numbness in lower legs and hands. After my first visit the numbness in hands has gone and lower legs diminished.
