Big Yellow Self Storage Bow
Its been a while since I used the this Big Yellow but only just getting round to leaving this review. Twice I've had to use them for house moves at short notice during personally very stressful times. The staff were fantastic in getting everything set up which enabled us to get into the unit without any fuss. The last time I needed a bigger space than I anticipated and it was all sorted with no issues. They even automatically quickly returned money for staying less time than I had paid for in advance. Will happily recommend and use them again, thanks!

Recently we rent a space in Yellow Boxes Bow. Everything went super smoothly. Facility seems very secure and offers good deals taking into account quality and comparing to the market prices. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Big thanks to Adam and Gary who were helping with the explanation, viewing and contract. You were amazing! ;)

Can't recommend this place enough, really good on price, but don't spam you with lots of emails and calls. The online induction and checking-in worked really well, sensible pricing for insurance and lock, so again no hidden 'extras' and when I arrived Gary was amazing on the front desk, completing check-in quickly, as well as explaining how everything worked, letting my movers in and showing me the unit. Brilliant service end to end.

Firstly google maps doesn’t directly you wellOn arrival it’s not clearly laid out or marked out .The staff are not the most communicative bunch either.Maybe it was because I was already disconcerted due to the run up to arrival, but not a great experience for me.I’d resolve the mapping issues and then sign post everything clearly if it were my business.

The worth place to store your stuff first is expensive The personnel are not helpful only on the day you take the locker. One toilet for I do not know for how many lockers but certainly not enough and also the worth radio talking program at all the time in the corridor dam is annoying when you have to found a book out of hundreds .Also no lights in the locker and you will be told off if you leave the door to get the corridor light .....also I should mention the opening time is absolutely unpracticalAnd no bins available for rubbish and menaces of fine see pictures how that for rubbish
