I always buy my bouquets from West Malling flowers, but they didn’t have the specific flower that I wanted in stock, so we used Coco & Bloom for the first time. Unfortunately a large number of the flowers were already browning and wilted when they arrived. After one day, they are really wilted and sad looking. Such a shame as my bouquets from West Malling flowers always last at least 10 days. These were a gift after I was unwell at the weekend, so it’s very disappointing.

Ruth provided the flowers for our wedding in August; they were perfect. We were provided with a range of options to suit different budgets, as well as experienced guidance on which arrangements would be most suitable for our style of wedding.The flowers turned out beautifully. Many of our guests commented on how lovely the flowers were!

The team are friendly and professional, creating lovely arrangements and offering helpful suggestions too, to make something really lovely. I think all very well priced considering the cost and energy that goes into growing gorgeous blooms and the skills needed to create their bouquets. Absolute cheat’s, we asked for a big basket with a nice floral display ? What we got is probably the smallest basket they have, and the flowers we’re so scarce, all for the great price of £90, they say they take photos of there baskets, let’s hope she defends her self and puts the picture on here, she says the basket cost her £20 and the roses £4 each, stay clear especially for funerals, we are not alone she cheated on other mourners at this funeral

Especially for somebody who doesn't like flowers, Ruth listened exactly to what we were after, what we did and didn't like and how we wanted things to look. These talented florists made the most beautiful coffin spray this week for my Mother's funeral. All the lovely soft colours we had asked for and so many flowers in the arrangement. We had many kind comments about them and we were able to give all the ladies a pink rose from it to take home. And I now have 3 full vases and a table arrangement at home which I have made from the remaining flowers and foliage. I cannot recommend this florist highly enough. Thank you!

Same day delivery of these stunning flowers, which really cheered up the recipient after some devastating news. The lady who took my call and order then made the bouquet and delivered (for reasonable costs.) and the flowers lasted so well. I will definitely be using Coco & Bloom from now on.

I was referred to Coco & Bloom by our funeral directors. I was not diss appointed. They understood the brief completely and the coffin tribute was exactly how I has imagined it - loose wild flowers hanging over the sides. It was truly beautiful . Thank you for making this tribute so special .
