Bupa Dental Care Andover

Great practice! I recently attended with my children and they both loved it! VJ the dentist was very kind and honest. There were two nurses in our appointment and they were both lovely. The children even got a tooth brushing reward chart which they were very excited about. The only downside is that our appointments got cancelled a few times but with the current circumstances that’s understandable. Would recommend.

Just went for a hygiene visit with Angel, I was really pleased! I haven't been for a few years because of Covid and life but she was gentle, thorough. Really happy. I won't wait so long between cleaning now.

Over an hour on hold. No answer but hung up on twice. Only want you to go through website for appointments. Not NHS all for profit. Willing to use tax payers money for equipment then only deal with private.

Staff are always friendly. I see Millie and Ollie and they are both great. Happy with my treatment. I park in town and walk up as there is no on-site parking, but it only takes 5 minutes. Millie is doing my Invisalign and I am over the moon with the results.

The service here has improved significantly over the past 6 ± months. Jodie the hygienist in particular is a ray of sunshine. She genuinely loves her job and it shows. She really cares.

VJ is a fantastic dentist. Not only is he good at his job, he also takes time to understand the patient. A unique quality in this day and age....THANK YOU VJ.

I used to believe this particular dental practice worked with the best interests of their patients. Sadly this is no longer the case.My opinion of them has changed drastically, there has been little to no communication with regards to cancelled appointments for myself and children. Having raised this on a number occasions over the last 6 months with the dentist and reception staff, there has been little acknowledgement for their lack in duty of care. Their continuity in care remains sporadic and communication appalling.I hope things begin to improve as it will be me that will have to pick up the bill for their poor care of my teeth. And inability to do anything it seems.I try not to leave bad reviews before speaking to someone first, however I have spoken to staff and feel it appropriate.Update......After calling 4 times as well as going in to speak to them directly, still to be contacted by somebody.Update 2After finally speaking to someone, I needed to have treatment 25/11/21 to rectify the problems caused by them doing nothing with my teeth for months despite me chasing them. I didn't have to pay for it, which is nice. Wish I didn't have to have it in the first place!They have once again left me having to chase them to complete the treatment I shouldn't have needed in the first place, had they done their jobs properly in first place.Their treatment of me is hugely frustrating.

Seen a couple bad reviews on here but genuinely was a great experience for me. Easy book in process and the filling I had done was pain free, quick and looked amazing. The dentist I had (Ollie) was super friendly and all the other staff including the nurses were super nice!
