I've employed them on five separate occasions from April 2021 to October 2022, and on all those occasions, except for one, I have not needed to supervise or ask them to return for any end of tenancy cleaning services. The only issue is their telephone response times, but they do always call back and are willing to do whatever is necessary to maintain the high standards.

Premium Clean provided us biweekly cleaning service. They were always punctual and did a great job every time. I booked them for moving out cleaning service as well. They made the place look new. All the appliances looked great. Would definitely recommend them.

Had a night out and threw up all over my buildings stair carpets. I was really stressed the next morning, as it was a Sunday and I thought I wouldn’t get anywhere to clean it that day, but after sending an email for a quote I got a call back immediately and had the carpet cleaned all about 2 hours after contact. Amazing service I am just so lucky to have contacted this company. They cleaned it super quickly and were very understanding and friendly! I would recommend to everyone.

I would highly recommend Premium Clean for any carpet or upholstery cleaning - they did a fantastic job steam cleaning all our fitted carpets, sofas, and wool as well as cotton rugs, all of the many stains came off and everything was left looking like new.
