Not professionals at all, its fake. Please do not trust this company its all fraud all they want to do is take money over the phone first full upfront payments. They took mine and never heard from them then they tried taking out more from my account. Please do not bother with them waste of time and money.

Rodent issue was not controlled despite two visits costing £200. Additionally, the company was impossible to get through to via phone and they promised to call me back three times on separate days before finally doing so. Saying that, the man who came round to do the service was very nice.

Hired them for pest control due to a recent flea infestation, guy started treatment at 1:30pm when I left, was on the phone constantly before I left and was out of the house by 1:42pm caught on video doorbell, checked with other professionals, no one can do a real proper job in 10 minutes and I believe them, Absolutely shocking service. Wish never hired them and went with someone else, put in a complaint, hoping for a full refund so I can hire someone proper to do the job. BEWARE

We booked them in to attend at an appointment mid-week which you have to pay for up front. They cancelled the day before and re-arranged for the Saturday. This has also been cancelled so we've paid for a service they mess you about with. Waste of time, avoid
