Recently ended my weekly sessions after a few weeks because I felt as though my therapist was distracted, disinterested and not providing any techniques, strategies or guidance. I emailed my therapist to politely advise her that I wouldn't be continuing after my last session and she couldn't even be bothered to respond. That pretty much shows you all you need to know about her. I'm sure they might have other therapists who have more care and concern but, be aware, they definitely have one who is coasting.
