Cannot recommend enough. Functional fitness at its best with scalable workouts for all abilities. This is more than a gym, this is a community of like minded individuals who help and push each other to improve. All of this is a reflection of Feargal and his approach to coaching.

Joined 6 weeks ago with the fear and dread after not doing much exercise for years! I can not recommend these classes enough! I thoroughly enjoy every class and Ferghal is so encouraging and helpful in each session.

Feargal is a fantastic coach and takes the time during class to ensure everyone’s forms is correct, he also takes the time outside of classes to ensure the work outs are varied and suitable (with scaled versions) for all attendees

Almost one year ago I was looking for an exercise class in my local area that I could attend in person. Right from day 1 I really enjoyed Feargal’s class and I have continued to get so much out of the classes. I attend 3 times a week and it is great for my fitness levels. I feel so much stronger and fitter. I have also met a great bunch of people. I always leave Feargal’s class feeling positive and energised! I would highly recommend.

Fitness, but actaully enjoyable! I've seen a massive improvement my strength and ability since starting, especially with the little things I didn't even think about (lifting the child or carrying bags through the airport!)Would highly recommend to anyone starting out or even a regular gym-goer who wants to try something different!

Since joining I’ve felt a massive improvement in my flexibility, strength and overall fitness. The classes are tough but really enjoyable and we’ll lead by Feargal. The craic is brilliant with the people in my class. I genuinely could not recommend Murchú Movement highly enough for anyone, of any ability level, wanting to get fit and stay fit.

I've been doing functional fitness with Feargal and a great bunch of people for the last 5 months and the positive effects on my mind and body have been really remarkable. I would never have described myself as fit but I've never felt better. The work-outs are varied, challenging and enjoyable. Commitment is required for results but Feargal is supportive the effort is worthwhile. Highly recommended
