Thank you so much Ramin for quickly realising that our lock problem was actually caused by the door being out of alignment. Once you re-aligned the door, the lock once again works perfectly. Highly recommend. Very professional, honest service.

REMS Locksmith responded promptly to my enquiry email, contacted me by text exactly when he said he would and arrived exactly when we'd agreed. Ramin was polite and professional, explained the issue and fixed it quickly. He gave me some security advice too and is clearly knowledgeable about his work. Excellent service and fair price - definitely recommend REMS.

We had locked ourselves out of the house and within half an hour of originally calling REMS I was back into my house with no damage at all to the door or lock. So reasonably priced and quick service. Had a really stressful time with my front door yesterday and ended up locked out of my house. Rems locksmiths were so helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. He came at the time we agreed so he is reliable, he explained what was wrong & what he did to fix it. Even went the extra mile and sorted my actual door for me which was dodgy. The whole experience ended up been a positive one and I felt massive relief overall. I think he could tell I was stressing and did his best to reassure me. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend Ramin as a locksmith. He was fast with his service and affordable. Ramin offered advice on changes we should consider for the future (swap out low to medium quantity locks pre-fitted with doors) with no selling, just advice. I will be calling him in the near future to change the advised door locks.

Called REMS early evening on Tuesday 19/9. He arrived within 20 minutes and was extremely helpful. I was back into my house quickly and a better lock was provided as replacement. Great service and good pricing for both work and parts. Any issues I would highly recommend!
