Orderd a skip prompt fast delivery cheapest company around pick up when called for collection

Awful experience. I have been asking them to pick the skip for 3-4 weeks and they are just not picking it. I get the same excuse every day. Terrible service. I paid in advance and now I wonder why did I pay them.

Skip dropped when needed and picked up when ask very satisfied

Upon contacting to ask for a skip, they are immediate to respond and will deliver the skip. Things get weird after when you are asked for cash on delivery and they raise their eyebrows when asked for a receipt which indicates they don't declare what they do to the government to reduce taxes.The nightmare starts when you need to have it collected, they make numerous excuses that the driver is out of the country when we saw him driving around, or that no one is available, but having another member call asking for a skip they were immediately available, meaning they had drivers, just didn't want to collect, even after threatening legal action it resulted in abuse and telling us do whatever you want now, we won't collect it. I live in a private estate and it costs me money if I use the space Inappropriately, which I paid much more for the skip. It got collected after a lot of disputes and after nearly a month. Two weeks after. Do yourself a favour, use someone else and pay more. Horrible company, will never use again or recommend them.

I WOULD NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY STARS BUT IF I DONT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW.THIS COMPANY IS A COWBOY COMPANY!!PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!THEY DELIBERATELY TOOK AWAY OUR SKIP WHEN WE NEVER REQUESTED COLLECTION AND UPROOTED OUR PLANT IN THE PROCESS - CONVENIENTLY WHILE WE WERE NOT IN.WE NOW HAVE TO HIRE ANOTHER SKIP FROMA DIFFERENT COMPANY!WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER THERE WAS NO REMORSE WHATOEVER IN THEIR ACTIONS AND HE SPOKE IN A TONE AS IF HE DIDNT CARE AND IT SOUNDED LIKE ITS SOMETHING THEY DO TO ANYONE AS PART OF THEIR DAILY PRACTICE.I AM IN CONTACT WITH TRADING STANDARDS AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS REVIEW AND WARN ANYONE THINKING OF USING THEM, NOT TO OR ELSE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

I ordered a skip for a house clearance and had no problems at all .. I recommend this company and would use again !! Keep up the good work !

If you want your skip collected within a month of asking, avoid....Hired a skip, spent more than 3 weeks asking for it to be collected. Appalling service, completely dishonest about when they could collect, promising each week to collect by the weekend. In my case, I had to postpone scheduled building work because of them...

Absolute JOKE of a Company. Keep calling them to collect the skip, but keep saying tomorrow every day. They make excuses about no drivers available, or some other Lie.Their quick to come out the next day when you need a Skip, because it's cash on delivery.I used this service because it was the cheapest in the area, but the Costomer service is CRAP. I'll prefer to spend the extra money I saved, to go to another Skip Company where I wouldn't get this JOKE of a Service.NEVER USE THEM, KEEP CLEAR!!!
