Halfords - Bridgwater

Great advice from Tim who uses the stands explaining how the Halfords repair stand would support the weight (24kg) and model of my Ebike keeping one wheel on the ground. Very stable and surprisingly well made for the low price.

Excellent. So impressed with the customer service I got there , and it was that that made my mind up to purchase. Had an awful experience buying a scooter direct from pure electric ( don’t waste your money there , the scooters are faulty on delivery and that company couldn’t care less and are APPALLING to deal with ) then went to Halfords dishearten because of this but two guys customer service there was outstanding so I purchased a scooter from there and because of them . Well done guys , a very happy customer. I hope your bosses see this because you deserve all credit .

Fran was great, she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and helped me look for a product. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on my phone and she knew exactly where it was, she unlocked the glass cabinet and took it to the till for me and rang it through. I'm very happy with my new flex head advanced ratchet spanner set. Thanks Fran.

The lady on the checkout was really helpful and kind. She pointed me where to find what I needed, I came to the till and paid. I have a walking stick and was having a bad day. She insisted on carrying my shopping to my car, such a kind person.Really good experience

Ordered what I needed online and collected as soon as I could get to the store the following day, with the knowledge my needs would be fulfilled when I got there. Much prefer to do this than order in line when I need something by a specific time as your not in the hands of the courier gods !!

SUPER SERVICE TODAY. Not only was it a typically busy Sunday but I was seen very quickly, registration checked, new rear wiper blade found and then fitted instantly and easily by Grace and finally a quick, friendly and helpful Fran on check out where all in all it was fantastic value too. Thoroughly recommended.

Motoring department has been used a few times for bulbs and oil. Priced for high street convenience and carries a reasonable though not diverse range of stock.Cycle area very poor. Used twice, once for brake lever adjuster nut. The guy building bikes said there's only one size and had me get my bike in from outside to illustrate my point and his lack of knowledge before telling me mine must be a specialist part they don't carry (it's a Halfords bike, hardly specialist)Second time had some safety concerns after a very poor interpretation of the law (he said law, when asked whether this was in fact just a company/store policy) around solvent sales. This was backed up by store manager from another store when challenged, and customer care in the call centre just seemed confused.
