Our boiler packed up the day before going on holiday, all it took was a single email to Plumbline and they had it fixed before our return. I have used them a few times and always impressed

Rang to book a service on my boiler which was friendly, was assured I would have a follow up call to book a time slot.never rang back and when I rang them back to see why they hadn’t called the number was unavailable. Poor service,if they were fully booked they just needed to say with a txt or something. Would not recommend.
