Honestly deserves 10 stars!Kingsley was so kind, professional and informative. I was so worried when my laptop stopped charging as I use it for everything and so does my daughter.I not only received incredible customer service, but my day was made when I was able to pick up a tablet for my daughter also. There are no strings attached or hidden fees.Communication was amazing from initial consultation, to updates of diagnosis and timescales for repair and pickup. Once the diagnostic checks and repair was done, in literally a couple hours (if that)... Kingsley sent me a link to where I could buy a new charger without it costing an arm and a leg.The repair price was extremely reasonable but I would have happily payed double just for the incredible customer service alone.I would highly recommend and feel confident to use again if necessary.

I had a issue with my ps5 controller .It accidentally fell in to water and no longer workedI took it to logy tect itWho fixed the problem with a new circuit boardFixed in 2 daysI would recommend for any repairs

First time going to LogyTech was the best thing iv ever done with my Ps5. Am usually over protective when it comes to taking my devices and Kingsley gave me the confidence and trust and sorted out my HDMI issue on the same day when I broke it which was on a Sunday. I live 1:20 minutes out from there byt worth the drive as LogyTech was so helpful and communicated well. Also let me test my device and went an extra mile and saw things that wasn't correct and dealt with it. Id give 10 star service overall! Thanks you Kingsley!!

Massive thanks to Kingsley. My PS5's disk drive suddenly stopped working and wouldn't read any disks at all. Kingsley fixed it on the day within a few hours. I strongly recommend this man and his business for all of your technical needs or fixes!

I had a HDMI problem with my PS5 which would typically take a few weeks minimum to sort out. Kingsley fixed it for me at 9pm and was done by 10:30pm. 10/10 sorted me out in an hour. 10/10 customer service. Big up Kingsley!
