After purchasing a Nest Thermostat online through a nest reseller with installation included , we were unfortunately the victim of Shoddy workmanship by the original installation engineer which left myself, my heavily pregnant wife and my 18 month old child without hot waterAfter raising this urgent issue to D S Steele at 9:30am on Saturday morning, Damon was on site 10:30am.He immediately identified fault and fixed it within a couple of hours.All the way through this work Damon’s communication skills were second to none - providing me with information about how the boiler works and explaining why the hot water wasn’t working.Not only would I recommend Damon to any friend/Family/neighbour/anyone I cross, I would personally like to thank him for everything he did for me and my family

We returned from holiday to a broken Nest receiver and the house at only 8 degrees. This was at 7pm on a Sat night. We phoned Damon up and he was luckily driving past on his way home. He was here within 5 mins and has fixed the boiler temporarily so that we could heat the house. We have a plan for him to return and fit a new thermostat ASAP.Thanks again.

Prompt, polite & very knowledgeable. Ours was luckily a simple 'fix' (turn a knob) but rather than just do it & charge us, I was shown what the issue was & nil charged the callout fee and told to buy our daughter something. Brilliant service & will be using again if need be.

contacted through a recommendation from a friend when my boiler wasn't producing hot water which was a problem as we have young kids. thankfully arranged to come later that evening after his last job to get us sorted. really nice guy would highly recommend.
