Emma is brilliant. We very quickly improved my neck and arm pain and she has helped enormously when my spinal arthritis has flared up. I trust her entirely. She doesn’t expect too much or push repeat visits.

After a persistent knee issue I booked an appointment with Mode on a recommendation. After a thorough assessment, Rich got me on a very manageable program of rehabilitation that helped me get back into shape through only a couple of visits. Extremely professional and would highly recommend.

First went to see Emma at Mode on the back of a recommendation and after having had a hernia op. Emma and Richard were terrific. Took me slowly through my recovery increasing the pace as and when required. Have had no issues whatsoever. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I now have regular treatment to assist me with neck joint pain which causes severe head aches. This treatment has reduced my head aches to almost nothing with continual improvement. The specialists at mode really are the real deal. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Richard is very professional and friendly. Will use again if needed but sorted my hip issue in a couple of appointments and exercises. Nice room and gym.
