My experience when I entered into your Boutique in the Argyle Arcade, Glasgow. I was greeted by Heather, a great rappore was quickly established. I was enquiring about the Gucci Oura ring, as a gift for my 50th birthday. Heather gave me all the information I needed, and that there is a waiting list, if I wished to avail. I entered feeling depressed and old. After my time spent in the shop, I left feeling energised, happy and with positive vibes. As a person who suffers with Systemic Lupus, this was a very uplifting experience.Heather went above and beyond Customer Service, and her empathy was outstanding. This is my second visit to this branch, and I hope to return soon. A shop like this can feel intimidating, but with Heather at the front, this definitely isn't the case.In a world that has been rocked by Covid-19 and lockdowns etc, it's great to have a Heather in the world, never change who you are.Merry Christmas and kind regardsJoanna Gallagher

Amazing service! Big selection of products. Normally I buy jewellery from third party stores and not directly from the brand but my experience in store was excellent so I’ll definitely be back.
