There are literally not enough words to being to describe the respect, dignity and care everyone here showed us and our dad Jimmy, when he passed away.It was a long road but his funeral was on the 6th October.Not only did they take extra special care of our beloved dad, but they were very helpful with our questions even when it wasn't regarding the funeral.When you walk through the door you get a sense of calm, we knew straight away we made the right decision bringing our dad there. For a funeral directors the place is beautiful.On behalf of my sister and I we want to thank everyone for the amazing send off they helped us give dad.

Richard had a warm, friendly and relaxed manner, which put us at ease at this difficult time.At no time did we feel pushed into an expensive package, and the service was professional and highly organized.We were gently guided through all the necessary steps and the funeral itself was a warm and positive celebration of Dad/Grandpa's life.Highly recommend.

Dealing with the loss of our Mum/Sheila consumed us and we had no idea where to start but also wanted the best possible last act of love we could provide in a beautiful send off. From paper work, to flowers, how they captured her essence and supported with recommendations to filling her wishes nothing was to much trouble. All family and friends passed positive comments on how the staff were so welcoming and made them feel at ease when visiting their beautiful chapel of rest and how smoothly and well organised the day was. Can't recommend Richard and Shannon Jenkins Funeral Directors enough. When you are going through the worst time, they are there to support and guide you. Their knowledge is second to none. They took the pressure and stress out of what is the most difficult time a family can go through. From organising the funeral arrangements, to visiting at the chapel, arranging to bring my dad home, and the day of the funeral, they were amazing, full credit to them all, not only did they take care of my dad, but also looked after us as a family. Highly recommend these wonderful people.

RSJ supported our family in all we needed around my mother in law's funeral.They went above & beyond; when an issue arose with the council grave form the day before the funeral, Shannon sent a member of staff to our home with an updated form to save us travelling to their office.Thank you RSJ.

You always answered your phone and answered any questions we had. The horse drawn carriage looked beautiful, and Shannon helped us to find the perfect resting place for our daughter.
