Birthability - Antenatal Courses and Pregnancy Yoga Classes

I came across Birthability through a recommendation online. I discovered the company when I was 14 weeks pregnant, and looking for a prenatal yoga class. I went every single week to the prenatal yoga up until I was 39 weeks! It was absolutely incredible, and was truly great to be able to relax, and meet other pregnant mums. During this time, myself and my husband also attended Birthability’s Antenatal course, which is 4 x 3 hour sessions, which completely prepare you for labour, birth and everything else! I cannot express how much we learnt from this, and how much it actually prepared us for the birth of our daughter. I genuinely cannot recommend this company enough, for any expectant parents and families who are looking for support throughout their pregnancies and births! Thank you Birthability for making our pregnancy and birth so incredible. We look forward to attending your ‘Expecting Again’ course when we have no.2!!

I would 1000% recommend the antenatal courses! Sarah and SallyAnne have been incredible at providing us with all the information to get us ready for the birth of our first and it would of been alot more scary if it wasn't for them. We can now say, we're looking forward to the day when labour starts. We're also hoping to get the placenta encapsulation done too, so you really do have all the support you need in one place.

My partner's work colleague told him all about Birthability and how much fun their classes are - especially for the guys. We went to the free class first in Solihull birth centre and we had so many 'wow' moments in the evening that we immediately booked onto the full course. Sarah and Sallyann both attend births on a regular basis and we were blown away by their level of knowledge and experience. Our baby was born in a water pool - which we would never have achieved without doing the course. They made sure my partner knew exactly what to do throughout the labour. Would totally recommend!

I attended Sallyanne’s weekly yoga classes in the lead up to my birth and they were amazing! After each session, I felt more informed about my choices for birth and relaxed/reassured about the process. The sessions were also brilliant in using positions and practising breathing techniques that could be used in labour. I honestly don’t think I would have had the amazing birth I did without Sallyanne’s support in the yoga sessions. 100% would recommend! Thank you so much Sallyanne!
