Simple Home Solutions - Mesh Wi-Fi Specialists

Was having trouble with the Wi-Fi connection within the home. Called Simple Home Solutions and must say Bart did an excellent job fitting a mesh Wi-Fi system. Very happy with the results. Installation was done in good time with minimum disruption. Mesh Wi-Fi system has made a huge difference. Highly recommend his services

Earlier this year I realised that my Home IT needed updating. I had:A Router, 10+ years old,A ‘made to measure’ tower PC, some bits of which were 15+ years oldAn out of date OS, Windows 10,An even more out of date mail service, 20+ years old,A not very good broadband supplierA ‘clunky’ back up strategy,Etc.and no clear idea of a strategy to get myself up to date in a safe and reliable way. (I spent my working life, 1960 to 2001, in ‘computers’ but that was a different world – ‘steam age’ if not ‘stone age’ computing.)I got a tip off that Bart of Simple Home Solutions might be able to help. I asked him to call in, if he was interest, to talk about my needs and possible ways of meeting them. He came, we talked and discussed, and I was sufficiently impressed with his knowledge and ideas to give him the go ahead.The first 3 stages, replacing the router, the tower and upgrading the OS were achieved by Bart fairly quickly but not without some problems. I had been tempted to try these stages myself. I am glad that I did not – it would have led to a lot of bad language and chewed carpet! Upgrading the mail system has proved to be a real struggle. Where others might have been tempted to quit or settle for second best Bart persevered and he has finally made the transition work. There is still a little tidying up to do but essentially we (or should I say Bart) are there. I shall have no hesitation in asking Bart to complete the rest of the transition. He will certainly be my first port of call if I need advice or help with any future IT or technology needs.

Top Notch service. Actively listened to my WIFI Issues, gave initial advice over the phone. Followed up with a site visit, speedy quote and easy migration path to a mesh.

I had an urgent request where I had to compile a few videos and overlay some music clips into one video as an introduction for a public event. I had no experience in doing this so I asked Ajay from Simply Home Solutions for help. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional, delivering to spec and before the deadline which I really appreciated, I would highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Simple Home Solutions highly enough. They installed the Mesh System into my flat and i now have Wi-Fi that works perfectly throughout. Ajay was fast , efficient and explained everything to me in a clear and concise way . Perfect !

We did renovation work just before the first lockdown and since then we constantly had issues with WiFi reaching everywhere in the house. This created problems on WFH days.
