Helpful staff at first but that's as far as it went. After selecting carpet, flooring and underlay a date was set to take measurements for a full quote. On chasing the quote the member of staff seemed to neither know nor care that we had already been into the store to do business and was rude and stand-offish. No further effort was made by staff to arrange the quote, so further contact was made. The member of staff was again disinterested (in what would have been about £3k in sales) and made no effort to move the process on. We have since taken our business elsewhere and will never consider using such an unprofessional and disorganised company again

Appalling customer service fitter was booked today to finish my carpets and it's now 4 pm and a no show can't get hold of the shop despite calling 6 times quick enough to take your money do not use this company absolute rubbish leave rubbish all over the place and don't turn up for pre booked appointments be wary if you are using this company
