The Independent Physiotherapy Service - Newport

This is my second bout of visits to the IPS and their Physio Gareth. And there's a reason i'm coming back.They provide a great service, professional, thorough and the right amount of personal touch to allow you to feel comfortable in a professional setting.Would recommend them time again for the help and assistance they've provided once for rectifying my lower back issues after an RTC as a pedestrian and now for a sports related injury to my knee.

Having had a painful and restrictive neck injury for several months, which was becoming increasingly worse, I went to The IPS in Newport for advice and subsequent treatment.Within a few sessions I felt a noticeable improvement in the neck pain and movement, and this improvement continued throughout duration of the course.Both the service provided and the physiotherapy treatment I received from The IPS were first class throughout, and I would most definitely recommend IPS Newport to anyone looking for a top quality physiotherapy service.

I injured my back in a fall on the weekend and after a few days it became apparent I needed to be looked at by a physiotherapist. My usual contact was on holiday so I surfed the net for an alternative. I liked the look of the IPS website and gave them a call. I was delighted when they could fit me in for later that I day. I saw Gareth Tremain - he was excellent. We had a thorough discussion about what happened and Gareth assessed my condition. I received the required treatment in that session and felt instantly better - although I was advised I would be sore the following day - which I was! I would highly recommend Gareth and his team based on this first experience of using them myself - professional and knowledgeable - his extensive experience made me confident I would receive the right treatment to give me instant relief. I would definitely use them as a first point on contact in the future.
