Best shisha in the area. Amazing German flavours that will knock you for six!Must try flavours, one shisha spot in the North West doing them.Great staff, great service. Would 100% recommend, I will definitely be going back again (and again)!

Been coming to this place for the past 4 months Best shisha place in blackburn. Been to many up and down the country but there is nothing like levels lounge blackburn . The staff the service atmosphere cannot be beaten. Always feel like home when we come to this place. The snacks are unreal American sweets and iced cold drinks only at levels. All in all definitely recommended. Get yourselves down and check it out.

Best shisha cafe in town, the wide range of flavours are outstanding.From the minute you walk in your are greeted with friendly staff members.The atmosphere is nice and relaxing and you have a choice to play your own music or films whilst you are there.I’d definitely recommend this cafe to anyone to anyone that is looking for a amazing shisha with the relaxed vibe
