I bought my car from Crosslands a month or so ago and the service was excellent.I saw the car advertised on a 3rd party platform, enquired via email and was able to place a £100 holding deposit to view the vehicle the following weekend.The whole process was very straightforward; James was great to deal with, and I'm very happy with the car.

I can’t speak highly enough of Crossland and of the wonderful service I received when buying my last two cars from them. I was looking particularly for a low mileage Hyundai i30 and James bent over backwards to ensure that I was able to purchase exactly the car that I was looking for. Both times the cars were in immaculate condition and the mileage under 30,3000. The paper work was speedily and efficiently completed and I have been delighted with the cars. James was great from start to finish, my kia is lovely, did every thing for me , sorted out car tax, number plate change , set new plates all wheels refurbish, service ,new mot ,warranty with himself, 12 months RAC ,when ever I called always answered , so helpful ,best car sales place I've ever been to in 30yrs , I will 100% be back to buy my next car 5☆ from me Thankyou Tina

Brought an Audi A5 from here recently and I am super pleased with it.I received brilliant customer service from both James and Grace. They arranged finance and made the process very easy for me. When I picked the car up it had been fully valeted, had a fresh mot and had just been serviced and checked over to ensure it was mechanically sound. The car has not let me down, I am very pleased with it. It also came with 3 month RAC warranty cover and 12 Month free breakdown cover with the RAC, although it’s not been needed, I am very pleased and would definitely recommend Crosslands Vehicles LTD to anyone.

Superb service from start to finish. Both James and Hugh great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Even with a slight issue with the car a week later (Not the fault of Crosslands) was dealt with efficiently and professionally. I would happily purchase another vehicle from Crosslands in the future.Thanks gents. My son is happy!

Sorry to say I can't help but to disagree with others based on my own experience, the car I went to view was clean enough overall but the engine was covered in what looked to be dirty water.James then went on to accuse me of trying to palm off my reliable car which I then drove back home followed by a 4 hour journey the next day... I understand he doesn't know my car as I did, and if he didn't want it that's fine, just don't try to push opinion as fact, especially with strong implications against my character.
